My thesis will explore the concept of data visualization, which is the display of data in a more graphical format. This project is based off of a survey sent out to the student body to gather opinions and experiences with diversity on campus. Rather than create graphics that are viewed digitally on the web or on a screen, the responses to the survey will be translated into physical artifacts. I aim to create a physical display to explore a different method of visualizing data and exhibit a snapshot of diversity at TCNJ.
