Seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Operational Excellence team as a 2020 Summer Intern. Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, as well as developing and implementing solutions
- Conduct research and data collection to support key projects
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand the needs of various departments
- Identify and escalate bugs and issues raised by customers and internal stakeholders to the appropriate streams and chase through to resolution
- Document and communicate the results of the team’s efforts
- Participate in presentations to senior leadership
- Assist on ad-hoc operational projects
- Interest in eCommerce and/or iGaming industries
- Commitment improving the user experience
- Data-driven mindset; comfortable running A/B tests to guide decision-making
- Collaborative team player who is comfortable working with a diverse array of partners and stakeholders across multiple functions
- Well-organized and excellent attention to detail
- Solution-oriented; can clearly articulate objectives and the path to achieving them
Nice to have:
Familiarity with SQL and analytics tools a plus
Customer service experience a plus
Passionate about sports and/or gambling a plus
