Sonic Path

Sonic Path

A great majority of video games that have been made use both visual and auditory elements to enhance the gameplay experience. Many games only use visuals and have no audio. Most games use both visuals and audio. Sonic Path is a video game that intends to expand the boundaries of game playability. The goal of this game is to allow people who are visually impaired to enjoy gaming. Each level in the game is technically playable without looking at the screen. Not only this, but the game takes a new approach with virtual reality audio, or spatial 3D binaural audio, and uses it to help the player locate where they are.
