Princeton Partners Internship

If you are looking for hands-on experience learning about account management, creative or digital development, or media buying, this is the place for you. Internships are unpaid and for class credit, and you must be available to work at least 10 hours a week.

We have filled all internship positions for the Fall 2016 term, but we are now accepting applications for Spring 2017. To apply, please contact Leigh Cesanek at lcesanek@princetonpartners.com.

To learn the daily responsibilities of each position, see below for details:

Copywriter Intern- (one opening)

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Assisting the copywriter team in creating concepts and conducting research
  • Learning headline writing and body copy
  • Attending meetings and assisting our creative team

Social Media/Digital Content Intern- (one opening)

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Conducting research on relevant topics and articles to share via Princeton Partners (and our client’s) social media properties, blogs, and marketing collateral.
  • Assist in the development of social media on a wide array of subjects for internal and client use for the following platforms: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, as well as Pinterest and Instagram.
  • Work directly with social media and digital content coordinator to proofread/edit all published content for both PPI & clients
  • Will learn the ins and outs of Account Management as it relays to content and the client-approval process/relationship

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of various social media platforms
  • Have an interest in creating compelling content
  • Strong research skills

Video/Photography Intern- (two openings)

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Learning to use Final Cut Pro and iMovie.
  • Assisting and contributing to the brainstorming creative process.
  • Attending all video commercial shoots.
  • Assisting in the production process and editing process.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Some Adobe Creative Suite experience (PhotoShop, Illustrator or InDesign)
  • Creative Talent

Art Intern- (two openings)

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Learning to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Keynote, and PowerPoint.
  • Assisting and contributing to the brainstorming creative process.
  • Learning to develop images for various projects.
  • Working as part of the creative team to develop and implement campaign ideas.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Some Adobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign)

Digital Development Intern- (two openings)

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Assisting in website production and coding
  • Performing website content updates
  • Research in web, mobile and social trends

Additional Qualifications:

  • Computer science or website design major
  • Experience with HTML and CSS coding
  • Some experience with Content Management Systems
  • Javascript, and/or PHP My SQL a plus

Account Management Intern- (two openings)

  • Learning the ins and outs of Account Management as it relays to content development and the client approval process/relationship.
  • Attending client meetings, both internal and external.
  • Sitting in on status calls and client updates.
  • Conducting research for internal and client use.
  • Learning about media planning and buying.
  • Learning about Google AdWords and in the steps to becoming AdWords certified.
