Philadelphia Flyers – Next Shift: Mentoring the Next Generation of Female Leaders Presented by Holman

The Flyers and Holman are proud to launch Next Shift: Mentoring the Next Generation of Female Leaders, which will match applicants with a female Flyers employee for a one-of-a-kind shadowing opportunity at the Flyers game on Thursday, March 14th against the Toronto Maple Leafs.

This unique experience will allow those ages 18-22 to receive a behind-the-scenes look into the role their female mentor holds as well as all that goes into a Flyers gameday.

Participating roles include marketing, communications, game presentation, sales, events, corporate partnerships, community relations, and more.

Applicants who are selected for the program will receive four tickets to the game, which can be used by family and friends, receive an official working credential for the game, and attend a welcome reception and panel where they will meet with other members of the program as well as hear from women leaders in sports and other traditionally male-dominated industries. All applications must be submitted by filling out the form below.

Applications will close on Wednesday, February 28th at 12 p.m. EST. Those selected for the program will be notified by the Flyers Community Relations team the week of March 4th.
