Graphic Design paid Internship

Join Petauri’s 10-week summer internship program for hands-on experience. This immersive internship allows you to work remotely, in-person, or in a hybrid capacity based on your preference. You’ll collaborate with our strategic advisory and marketing teams, focusing on various healthcare areas like women’s health, behavioral health, cardiology, neurology, liver health, and oncology. Petauri interns are friendly, enjoy creative challenges, are detail-oriented, and have a passion for healthcare and life sciences. You’ll thrive in our entrepreneurial environment while gaining practical experience and insights to apply to future opportunities. Education/Qualifications:

  • Rising Juniors, Rising Seniors/Graduating Seniors/Recent Graduates attaining a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant program (e.g., Graphic Design, Digital Arts, Commercial and Advertising Arts, Fine Arts)
  • 0-2 years of previous work/internship experience
  • Shows demonstrated interest of the integrative area of the healthcare/pharma landscape which draws from diverse clinical fields
  • Ability to maintain flexibility and teamwork in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
  • Strong creative abilities (color theory, typography) and computer skills, oral communication skills
  • Experience designing for digital and print is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and organized; able to create a focus area around a client-specific project
  • Experience with Adobe programs (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD is a plus) and Microsoft Powerpoint and Word, working knowledge of Figma and Sketch is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Revise and update files as requested.
  • Prepare design files for print and digital production based on guidelines. 
  • Assist in developing multiple collateral materials following brand guidelines.
  • Adapt existing designs to different formats and applications as needed.
  • Collaborate with account teams, writers and other creatives on projects.

Additional Tasks:

  • Update icon and image libraries and maintain file organization. 
  • Develop and deliver a specific intern project that connects creative learning goals with applications in healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
